Update from Linda

Two adjustments to this report, please:
NO rehearsal on Feb. 9 because of another snow storm.
I changed my mind, we do not need to have a third choir bench.  We managed just fine with two.

It was so helpful to have an early rehearsal and to be able to release everyone before the storm set in.  I plan to send individual notes to the actors by email before our next rehearsal on Tuesday.

BIG thanks to Chris and Matt who took the time to sit through our entire rehearsal today!!!

Message from Brian

I want to let everyone know that the administration is discussing how to handle the potential storm on saturday.

No decision has been made, but if it snows it is possible (and has happened in  the recent past) that all campus activities will be canceled.  This would include rehearsals.

Some of you may know, Michael Ducharme is on a temporary but extended leave.  I am filling in for his NCPA duties in his absence.

Information is making it to me more slowly from the administration and I have not been officially informed one way or the other.

I have provided the schedule to the decision makers as it is listed in EMS.
I expect they will make a decision early afternoon tomorrow,  and wanted to give you all as much time to prepare if they decide to close the campus.
