- A small piece of wood came off from one of the stairs going between the upstage and downstage platforms, but the stairs are still stable, it didn’t seem to affect them.

- Taylor has stepped down as the understudy for Gabe due to his schedule.
- Does the Little Theatre need to be locked when we finish rehearsal/is the key for the Little Theatre part of the SM keys?
- Have there been lighting and sound designers assigned for the show that need to be added to a contact sheet?
- We would like to begin obtaining some rehearsal props for next week-- is the prop closet currently in use and is there a day Nour and Jordyn would be able to gather some props?
- Are we able to have a prop box in the Little Theatre for our use?
Yes, you should have a key to lock/unlock atleast the double doors of the Little Theatre and you should lock the room at the end of the night. If the other door is unlocked, you'll have to call security and let them know. I believe Laura Mernoff is doing props again for this show... I have not seen any rehearsal or show props requested yet. Was she sent a separate list? I have not heard officially about a lighting or sound designer. Unless they've been moved over break, the prop boxes are up outside the tech classroom. Take one for your props to the Little Theatre and the SM key set should have a key for this lock as well. - Nicki

- Some of the actors will need to get back into their dorms early in January since rehearsals begin before school starts. A list of those names will be sent to Alan.
- Actors received dramaturgy, character analysis homework to prepare for our Character Conversation rehearsal on Monday, Jan. 9, @ 7:30 pm.
- Helena agreed to understudy the parts of KAREN and BETH.

Production Meeting #1 (12.7.16)
- Scripts were given to Marcia and Michael. Other 4 were given to Linda for the actors at the read through. More are coming to Alan for others.
- First read through is next Thursday at 7pm in the Little Theatre
- The one conflict on the cast auditions sheets is “Dance tech Jan 9-12” Not sure what this is referring to??
- Linda gave the audition sheets back to Nicki for Jordyn, so she can make a conflict sheet and cast/contact sheet
- Linda would like to set it in 1986 and 1998 as originally written. Linda wants the students to research a historical period.
- Linda would like an understudy “yes” or “no” field on the audition script.
- Understudies can audition for ROPE and then we’ll figure out things depending on the cast list.
